It was not explained at check in that the rooms are only serviced every three days, despite a sign on the bathroom mirror stating that towels and bed sheets would be changed out daily, unless a "Do Not Disturb" sign was hung on the door, which we did not do. Sheets not a problem, but towels, garbage, bathroom paper products etc. is ridiculous and WAS NOT explained at check in. Desk staff even said there was no sign in the room stating this would be done daily, despite my two visits to the front desk to find out what was goin... read more

Please schedule housekeeping visits at the front desk for any you would like the day before they are needed. Please note that the staff will enter and service the room after the third day of the stay, as required, to ensure everything is ok. We hope you will return to enjoy staying with us again.
