Everything was fine with the staff and hotel but the freeway and trains nearby were hard to sleep through.

Everything was great, except one thing. The power went out during our stay. When we went to the front desk with our concerns that our food in our fridge would spoil all they said was "ours will too". I felt like that was poor customer service. They didn't offer us anything to cover the cost of the food in our fridge, which was probably around $50 worth of food. We had a great stay at the hotel much like the week before when we were there also. The staff was great but especially Tara who always greeted everyone with a great and friendly smile and who took pleasure in helping all the guests. The only negative is the chair in the room. It is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever seen in all my time traveling in the US and abroad. It has a back rest but the position of it does not allow anyone to use it without having to lay almost all the way back, thus not allowing the user to do ... read more
