staff was very thoughtful and helpful. not being able to go in the side door with your key it’s quite beautiful and new looking inside

Visitors can exit through the side doors, but for security reasons, the only entrance to the hotel is through the main doors. After dark (or a time set by the management team), Guests will need to have their room key to gain access to the building.
