Awesome The smell in the room when we first entered but eventually went away after we turned on the AC. Even though the facility is no smoking, we could tell someone smoked in the room prior. We notified the frontdesk right away. She instantly apologized and offered to relocate us to another room but we were okay with the room but just wanted to ensure we didn't get charged a fee in case they thought it was us. The location was close to the event we were attending and the front desk staff were friendly/helpful.

I would totally recommend this Hotel Many homeless around the area ..Boosters trying to sell ya stuff too Room 201 with the jacuzzi tub was on point...Hot coffee was always available downstairs with yummy creamer too

Unfortunately, there is never a great time for scheduling updates, and we had to take advantage of an opening in the contractor's schedule. However, we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and invite you to return when work is complete to enjoy the new look of our hotel.

I would stay here again. There was some miscommunication as to when staff was suppose to clean our room and it wasn't done the whole week. One morning there were no eggs, bacon, coffee, or creamer and it took about 15-20 min for them to replenish the food. The coffee and creamer never were. It was only one morning out of 7. Breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast. I wish the location was closer to our son and daughter-in-laws place in Covington.
