Problems ignored and lying staff. Was forced to pay full price for room that didn’t have hot water. We contacted the front desk every day about the issue and was told “it’s being worked on” every day. Booking.com was also unable to resolve the issue and I was never comped or offered any remedy other than leaving early and losing money. Terrible experience at the hotel and with booking.com, wouldn’t recommend either. They also never changed our sheets or cleaned the room, we were there for 4 nights. Decent location and price.
Bad I was overcharged
Nice location, didn’t enjoy my stay. The water would not get hot, and the tv kept losing connection so we couldn’t even watch tv LOVED the location
