Free WiFi I didn't like that the rooms only had showers, and no bathtubs. I enjoyed the updated style of the rooms and hotel! It's also a great location outside of downtown Austin, and a wonderful way to save money while traveling downtown!

Never again What an absolutely dreadful location--there is only one entrance and exit way and in order to turn around to get to 183A you have to make an immediate u-turn down Lakeside Mall Drive. The city planner who cooked that one up had to have been on crack cocaine and the planning commission who green lighted it were equally drugged. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, which I detest. It was good but room to improve Extremely slow unsecured wifi, room smells to us like cleaning supplies, and humid/difficult to get comfortable. Pretty clean and spacious, Dove toiletries.
Bad Property did not give me the invoice. And I am also not refunded back my incidental money of 50 USD yet. There is no way to contact property, their phone is never reachable
I thought I’d give this hotel another chance, but I won’t be back. Someone in the room next to mine snored like a freight train, so I did not have a restful night, even with the room fan on high. There was water damage to the wall beside the bathtub, and it appeared to have mold growing. The carpet beside the bed was sticky in my bare feet so I wore my house slippers while in the room.
