Cleanliness: 5. Very cleaned room with no foul smells Staff: 3 - no warm greeting, very automated. No smiles. Hotel room: - 2. While the room was clean, it had a few issues. This was a suite. The suites are located on the second floor right in front of the loud lobby. At all times you’re able to hear loud noises and people laughing and talking. Not an ideal location. I just needed a quick one-night stay for a business trip near the office. I was disappointed to see that housekeeping did not get the trash from the previous guest's takeout that was left in the closet. I took it to the front desk and they took it and snapped a pic before throwing it away so they could discuss with housekeeping. There is no carpet in the rooms so the sound carries a lot and I had a yappy dog in the room next door.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, staff was very nice and courteous and the breakfast was great.
