Pleasant My room door was slightly off the hinges I could hear everybody in the hallway No breakfast was provided do to covid-19

Pleasant I feel like the room can be more clean specially the carpet and the desks including the night stand in the middle. They provided us a room which was 414 and was not clean at all seems like somebody was still inside and we had to go back down to request a different room which they gave us 127 that was not bad but I was expecting something better after what happened.
