The room was clean and comfortable but the sink and the shower were clock , the drainage process was slow , I did talk to the desk person and he told me they will take care of the issue but was not solve , room 124 and my name is Oscar Aponte

Great stay overall, just have to get both elevators working properly all the time.
The only complaint was the elevator not working on several occasions.
