Gigi was so sweet and helpful! She made checking in and out so easy and comforting. Additionally, there was a lizard in my room (I am not from Florida so I was freaking out) and she was kind enough to come personally remove the lizard. She really goes out of her way to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable.
