LaQuinta Inn- Suites by Wyndham Ft Laud-Plantation The outside grounds were great, walking int the lobby looked great but in the room on the 4th floor, felt as if you would fall through floor...could feel floor's instability. Bathroom not well maintained...rust on hinges of door, could tell where wall siding had been caulked haphazardly, and noticed dead bug and dirt along wall behind table with lamp. Hello. When the reservation is prepaid we do not have a receipt at the property to give since it is through a third party. We can only offer a receipt of the deposit refunded 75. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Please let us know what room you were in so we can gladly ask maintenance to take care of these issues.
Our room key card and did not work first try so had front desk reset it and it worked the second try, however, someone else was occupying the room and had the chain lock on. Embarrassing!! Good thing they were ok about it. Female at front desk was flustered saying that room had been ready for us all along. The room we were given was not bad, bed pretty comfy, but not the cleanest (had to keep shoes on as floor was not great). Could see cobwebs on lampshade etc. air con was very loud.
