Pros: They removed the carpets and left the floorboards exposed. It makes the room feel bigger and cooler. The staff was helpful. I love the new check in and check out process. It makes things so much smoother. Cons: I do wish the washing machine and dryer was card and coin operated (I don't like to use my card if the total is less than $10 and since it would have been, I didn't get to wash).
