In my room, my sheets were stained, my bed was a little dirty, the green areas outside the hotel were with garbage, the lake had a lot of garbage and it's a shame because there are animals there (turtles, fish, ducks). The place is very quiet, the attention was very good, I recommend the place, my only annoyance was the cleanliness.

Room was large as was the bathroom. Our tub didn’t drain well but they were quick to fix it. Both elevators were broken. They worked on one and it would work for one day and then be broken the next. Not their fault. Pool was nice. Parking lot was good and mostly shaded. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that I asked for a plastic fork for some leftovers and the girl at the desk said she would sell me one for a dollar. And wanted to charge my room for a plastic fork that they use for breakfast!

The staff was very friendly. The elevaror was not working and they helped me get mu bag upstairs. Very kind

The hotel was great and the employees were great. The receptionist was one of the most pleasant I have ever met. The elevator was not working and i was placed on the top floor so it was inconvenient to have to go up and down the stairs but this does not take away from the pleasant and great service overall.
