Had a 2 night stay prior to a cruise. Hotel was good the only issue was no WiFi due to a power outage. Shopping mall a short walk away and other outlets. Overall a good stay for a few days .

I loved staying at this hotel, and this was my second time visiting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there were a few issues. The internet was not working during my entire stay, which was frustrating. They also changed their TV provider, and there was no longer a way to stream TV, which had been available during my previous stay. The pool and hot tub were also consistently full of leaves from the surrounding trees, so they could have used more frequent cleaning. Our stay was okay but could have been better. The grounds, location of the hotel was great. Easy access to stores, restaurants, beaches, and freeways. The staff was professional, accomodating, and personable. The beds were firm and very comfortable. Our main concern or criticism of the hotel room was the room dynamics/configuration. We have never stayed at a hotel where the tv and dresser were not located at the foot of the bed. Our tv and dresser were located to the side of the room.
