En General Excelente hotel, desayuno, wifi, cuartos, personal amable, casi todo perfecto. La cama excesivamente alta, y el colchón con muy poco soporte, quedamos hundidos en el colchón, al principio parece muy cómodo después es incómodo hasta para pararse de la cama. Punto de mejora: variar un poco el desayuno, así sea Inter diario, si el cliente se queda varios días siempre come lo mismo. Great but a Jamaican lady didn’t give me a chance to explain myself she ratherd cancel My stay I had to kindly tell Her Elevator is slow The beds,the room,the shower head was amazing the breakfast was right on time the kid zone overall everything the pool the jacuzzi was nice but I booked through a 3rd party had to pay $75 which is refundable but it kind of slowed Me down overall I loved it and will been booking again

Exceptional Ive stayed at different hotels in this area, and this hotel has to be one of the best experiences. Staff was extremely friendly made me feel very welcomed. Room was clean and comfortable. I loved this hotel. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Loved the staff and everything else in this place. If you’re looking to stay somewhere for a night or more I recommend booking here. Absolutely wonderful
