There is no ada for elderly people. The toilets are so low that they are for children or short people. They need to make accommodations for those who have trouble getting up and down from a sitting position. I’m surprised they haven’t gotten a fine for this. Fix your toilets and make them ADA standard toilets. I love your hotel but will not be back due to this.

Thank you for your review. We have ADA rooms yes but you have to book it in advance. If the room is already booked we are unable to accomadate you. We see you had booked a regular double room. Please next time make sure to book the room you need.
