Clean room, friendly staff. Good parking. Located in business park/condo/apartment area, short drive to restaurants and stores. Easy 15 minute drive to Port Everglades.

I think they forgot to clean the floor. Towels and bed were done but bathroom and main area were dirty. I put on a clean pair of socks and they were dirty from just wearing them for half an hour in the room. Rest of the facilites were nice enough for what you pay for.

I stayed there for one night in room 422 the room was okay but there's some things that could have been taken care of better like the king bed it's like the mattress don't fit the box spring and there were cobwebs up in the window when I open the curtain. I guess the air condition wasn't working in the hallway so it was kind of warm in the hallway when I passed the thermostat it said 77. Room was clean but any of the housekeeping staff did not speak English and did not understand a request for fresh towels. The breakfast included left a LOT to be desired. It was the same items every day and was not very good.
