unpleasant everything, my sheets weren't clean, and the staff was very rude, and unprofessional. nothing

Excellent stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was great. Slight issue with some kids running down up & down the corridor, but a quick call to the front desk rectified the situation, Comfy bed. Excellent Wi-Fi. 'Do Not Disturb' sign was adhered to.

I felt safe throughout the visit. I will recommend to others. there was a problem with the switch board ringing to my room. It was reported but never corrected.
Location was good but the hotel wasnt well kept 3rd floor carpet had a high mold smell. No garbage bill in bathroom. Room carpet wasn't very clean. Laundry room exposed to the public. Location was great. Beds and pillow soft.
