Nice and clean friendly service great stay and staff

This hotel was a backup plan after our flight was cancelled and we missed a beachfront reservation - that said this is a biased opinion. Hotel was ok. Pros were the heated outdoor pool, laundry facilities, being quietly tucked away, and proximity to stores, restaraunts, and freeway. Cons were the filthiness of the carpet (seriously gross- syrup spill, crumbs, the carpet felt grimy so we kept shoes on unless in bed), ants in the bathroom, and no breakfast (many places we've stayed have offered a bagged to-go option). Aircondition is not very cold, the window is tinted that I can not see the view outside from my room.
It was worth the money spent. I have no complaints
The room was old...They gave us one of the rooms that was not newly renovated...room had a not so pleasant scent
Great customer service and clean. Very nice rooms. Elevator broke but was fixed by the morning.
Staff was very accommodating, got checked in to my room early. Cold a/c and hot water. Can’t ask for much more
It was a nice stay. Relaxing and quiet. The staff was helpful and attentive. The location was close to the malls and eatery.
