Clean, economical, well designed hotel in a safe, convenient location A few minuses but I would stay at this location again. Elevators were small with no A/C -- very warm -- but there was one elevator at the end of each corridor which helped with congestion. Corridors were very warm also. On 4th floor, there was a strong smell of marijuana smoke coming from the rooms near the elevator, but it didn't filter into the rooms, so we were okay. Our Stay in Plantation Rooms are stale, small bugs crawling on walls, and hallways need a detailed cleaning of walls doors and carpets. The hotel could use an update in comparison to the closest La Quinta on 6th street which is a huge difference. However, upon checkout manager was cheerful, expedient, and offered wonderful customer service. My husband and I both left happy with our stay despite some of the things that needed immediate attention Beds are comfortable...
