Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Refrigerator didn’t work and breakfast left a little to be desired.

We arrived at about 8pm at night and the front desk staff was less than helpful. I needed rollaway bed and they apparently did not have one, so pone of my kids had to sleep on the floor. When I asked for extra blankets to make the floor a little more comfortable, it was clear I was annoying her. She brought us one sheet and a bed cover - no blanket, no pillows, nothing else. Decent location, for a budget hotel it was much nicer than some others I experienced. Rooms nice and spacious, staff very pleasant and helpful.

The location is close to shopping malls, restaurants, groceries, etc. Very convenient. Staff appear to be helpful; however, a request for a taxi given the night before checking out, was not handled although promise was made to do so and pass the request onto the night shift.
