I like the service/cleanliness/always available. The only thing i didn't like at my last stay was the noise. Our RM Was adjacent to a room w/ kids and teens. All evening thru the night was yelling/running/jumping/talking. I didn't call customer servive. Why? Cause i knew they would have gave us a new RM, but didnt feel like moving. Anyways i would've felt like the other guess should've move rooms not us. Also felt no need to ask management to get to them to quit down. THEY WOULD PROBABLY BE EVEN MORE LOUDER.

Modern feel, basic things don't meet expectations though The hotel itself is nice with a modern look. However, the pool was not heated as informed by the staff member and was cold to say the least (big reason why I'm giving the place three out of five stars). Also the bathroom shower water pressure was low. Breakfast is decent.

We were staying at this hotel to be close to an event we were attending. There were 9 of us in our party with 2 rooms. I called to see if we could check in early in order to get to the event on time and was told absolutely and was given the time frames we could check in. Upon arriving, I entered the hotel and gave them my name and was greeted by the very friendly staff that I spoke to on the phone. My friend was going to pay for the 2nd room and I explained that I booked both rooms, but needed to see if she could pay for one instead. It was not a problem at all and the front desk completed everything and took care of all our requests with a smile on her face. Upon check out, the staff was also super friendly and made checkout a breeze.The rooms were spotless and stocked with everything we needed, including the bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and towels were provided in there for their use as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through the area.

We arrived very early in the morning, a long time before usual check in times. Reception staff member, Selina was excellent in allowing us to check in early and have a nap after an overnight flight. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The included breakfast is a great bonus too.
