Very Good The pool was freezing cold. One of the days that we stayed, we were in our room while the housekeepers did their rounds so they did not stop by at all. I waved one down but she never came to the room. Later, I asked the front desk for clean towels and she said she didn't have any. Every day other than that day, Housekeeping did great. Everything was great. Clean rooms, full breakfast, friendly staff.
Wonderful The staff was courteous, the room was extremely clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect. There were eateries and shops less than a mile away.
