It was ok but we won’t stay there again. Definite case of you get what you pay for here. There were bugs in our room. Not sure what they were but they kind of looked like super tiny ants. And I woke up in the middle of the night and saw a roach crawling on the dresser. The bed wasn’t uncomfortable, but it could have been better. You could tell it was old because it was noisy. The pull out couch wouldn’t lay flat and the mattress on that was not comfortable at all. You could feel every bar underneath it. The sheets were soft ... read more

We did not get any complaints of the issues you mentioned during your stay. If we had we would’ve addressed immediately. All of our beds are less than a year old and are Serra pillow top mattresses. We understand some people like firmer beds but we go by what the majority of guest ask for. Very Good Some of the common areas (ice, vending) looked a little run down, but the lobby and room were very nice. The location is very handy to Clear Lake itself, and the restaurants along the north shore. The property is pet-friendly.
