Very Good EXTREMELY loud people in halls all night. Doors slamming and yelling down the hallways. Facilities were ok other than that. Comfortable bed after a long day!

It’s aiight. Water view room like they told we I would have. Requested water view. Got a confirmation email that they would be able to do it. Then they put me in a room with no water view. Called the office and she wasn’t helpful. Other than than that the stay was okay. Just wanted the water view.

Ok You need to have a person in staff that knows how to turn off the alarm.. and deal with angry guests We didn’t eat breakfast I didn’t know you had it.. I was a good stay except for the fire alarm going off at 4 in the morning...

Thank you for your feedback. We are not currently serving breakfast due to COVID. Unfortunately a guest did break our rules and smoked in a room causing the fire alarm to go off. The employee is not allowed to silence the alarm if a specific code pops up as only the Fire Dept can turn it off in the case it is a fire. We understand how frustrating it must have been. Our employee did the best she could under the circumstances. Thank you for your business. And we hope to serve you again in the future.
