Exceptional The staff were very friendly and our room had an excellent view I will most definitely be coming back here with my kids next time....The hotel is in a very good location from the boardwalk and Space Center..Just a great experience period

Good room just think they should train their staff to make everyone feel welcome. The staff at the desk I have stayed at this property before and this stay they made me pay a deposit in CASH because the card I use is a business card with my son's name on it. The person who was at the desk was not helpful. I told her I stayed there before and did not have to pay a deposit. She was going to call the GM but they didn't answer and so that was that. Good I received a call from the front desk around 12:45 on the day of our expected arrival. We were traveling so I missed the call. I had read check in time was 3:00 or after. It never said i had to be there promptly at 3:00. I received a message from Brooke at the front desk at about 4:00 stating that if she didn't receive a call back in the next 5 minutes my reservation would be cancelled and if I showed up and they still had a room they could accommodate me. Close to Kemah Boardwalk No breakfast ;( not even a grab and go ....but we understand because of safety issues! We only live an hour and a half away and we wanted to get away for the weekend because my daughter was celebrating her seventh birthday and she wanted to swim in a hotel.
