Horrible I did not have breakfast. Location is horrible. No places to eat, no nearby restaurants. Airplanes flying over head. Noisy. Ice machine broken on the 4th floor. Sink gross with mildew around the faucet. Air vent smell of mold when blowing out air. I almost lost my reservation because Booking.com did not show my method of payment on website. HORRIBLE

Disappointing Front desk not picking calls. There is no information available prior to booking about the airport shuttle timeing. I had to pay extra money to reach the hotel despite the advertasing said to have an airport shuttle. Night shift front desk staff was a little mean (unfriendly and desinterested). Breakfast is disappointing. Bedroom finishings far below the wxpectations, it's old and not maintained. Very noisy rooms, can listen the neighbours who stood awake till 01:00 am. The bedding

Nedgånget, men skön säng. Nergånget, ostädat i korridoren. Jag kunde inte öppna rumsdörren med nyckeln. Portieren fick hjälpa mig, det var han missnöjd med.

Disappointing The room was not cleaned. There was hair everywhere. The staff was not happy that we asked for it to be cleaned or for another room. The room itself was run down with old broken items (TV, dresser). The food was very bland with not much of a selection. The location...Close to Miami Airport

The Quinta Miami North ashames your company. I reserved a shuttle and paid a reservation fee to the Miami port. An advertisement of that service was posted in reception. The day of the service they told me that it was a third party company and refused to provide the service. They wanted just to return the resevation fee and throw me one 10 $ Bill on the counter. I made a reservation for 4 people including my wife. But she arrived to Miami one hour before ne. Staff not helpful. Reserved services not provided. Attempt to harrasment me. Nothing.

Very bad hotel Nothing. when we got hotel, they had already cancelled are rooms. we had to pay full price the room, and it was the same room we reserved> Then we had absolutely NO towel's we only had rags. I would not have my dog stay there. We had to fix the toilet. We had to get a roll a way that was very dirty. They ran out of all breakfast items. The manager said that Booking.com was to blame for what happened to are rooms. If anyway possible that we can get a refund for all the trouble we had with hotel. Thank You Rhond... read more
