Not up to what I paid for. Dirty, outdated, small pool,too expensive, noisy, bad condition elevators, horrible smell around the corridors. good breakfast, nice staff.

I selected this location because of the reviews, wont do that again.. The hotel says it's 100% smoke-free, yet it smelt like cigarettes and weed. The floor in the elevates looks like it had aches in the corners. The elevators also jurked, and the doors hesitated to close when you pushed your floor.. Our TV did not work in the room when I told the front desk staff she said she would see if anyone could some fix it. When I went back down to use the microwave, I asked her again, she spoke to a person who appeared to be cleaning... read more

Disgusting Disgusting & RUDE staff. The entire hotel is disgusting & dirty! They feed stray cats that linger around the hotel! They literally place cans of cat food outside, which make cats stic around. One of the stray cats scratched my son’s leg, as he was trying to get to the pool! He’s ALLERGIC to cats! I had to use our only epi pen! The first floor smells like cat piss! Especially towards to pool doors! There was even cat poop in the hallway! No wash cloths in the room! Very disappointed! Really expected better. The place is totally run down. It feels dirty. Staff members also rude at night. The bathroom had deep stains in the tub and debris when I checked it. The shampoo bottles attached had lots of mole. The breakfast SUCKED. It was literally just bread, bagel, egg, waffle (to make yourself). It sucked. Bad and disappointing I booked 2 rooms atLaQuinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Miami Airport East on Saturday June 27 - Sunday June 28. Each room costed $421.66. 1 rooms, room 123 is listed as handicap and I had my 91 year old mobility impaired, slightly confused mother in law in that room. She reported that a person went into her room at 1:00 am . Woke her up and apologized after she asked who he/she was and left.
