Bad The first room had no working air then they moved us to a room that it was in bad old shape, the tub was old and cracked, it had been painted and it was chipped, the room and hotel had a bad smell I only stayed because it was only one night on the way to a cruise.

It was two stays. One before a cruise and one after. They both were NOT happy experiences. We won't We had the beds from hell. Both of us had painful backs in the morning. The bed sounded like it was falling when you turned over. Desk clerk talked too much and was very slow on the computer. The second visit after our cruise had a situation where I reserved 2 rooms without realizing it, due to my phone acting up. Bad The room reeked of mold & was extremely dirty. The staff barely spoke English; it was frustrating expressing my concerns. $250?! Definitely not worth the price; this hotel should be condemned. Nothing

Rooms are too noisy, at 9:30 in the morning the cleaners are starting the vacuum cleaners and makes a lot of noice, over Too noisy and bad beds Price

We found good customer service. With fair ccommodation s. The hallway was dark and had unplesant strong smell. The bed was uncomfortable, The pillows were flat . There was not enough wash towels. Someone kept sliding flyers underneath our room door. Guests across the hall were loud half the night. Breakfast was subpar. TThere wasn't any bacon or meat of any kind served with the continental breakfast. Staff freindly. Close to airport.
