No volveria Trato de recepcionista, olores, mugre de todas las instalaciones, calidad de mobiliario totalmente decadente de años de estar ya en mal estado, El desayuno no estaba mal. La habitación era normal pero el mobiliaria totalmente deteriorado, muy desmejorado todo, malos olores, y una falta de limpieza total. La chica que nos hizo el check in a la tarde de los peores modos en todo momento y mala presencia y actitudes que no corresponden a un área laboral y menos de atención al publico. Poor The elevators were sketchy, they are very old and shook even dropped like it freewill 5 feet or so. Pics of the hotel were old. We were given 2 towels, and a washcloth. The bathmat was wet already??? I asked for 2 more towels and the next day they didn't give us but one towel no wash clothes. I asked for a blanket for my husband and an additional pillow. We were told someone would bring us one. An he later my husband went back to ask again. They said they had to wait on the blanket to dry. (Blanket wasn't warm at all.) ... read more
Very Poor Some.staff was rude and not helpfull Room was not clean Breakfast is missing things The Location Close by the airport And the only staff that was really nice and helpfull..and Spanish Old Lady ..she was amazing
Poor management not clean and I should be refunded I couldn’t sleep in that nasty room It was dirty bugs crawling everywhere the front lobby had chicken bones on the floor Nothing

Very Poor The property was unprepared for guest. They had no towels, face clothes or blankets for beds . The television wasn’t working, reported the information to the manager. He said that the housekeeping would not be available till the following morning and that we could get a discount from the store has a compensation. However, the following morning those items were still unavailable. We were handed one face cloth and two towels for a party of four the television never came on for our entire stay.
