Concerns There was no telephone in the room. How could one possibly call for service without a telephone. I thought that was poor. Breakfast has changed tremendously for the worst. The location is good, that's why I chose it. Next door is the Hampton, where the service is better. There seems to be a new management every time I live at Laquinta East.
We arrived late at night, so we expected longer sleep No shuttle from the airport to the hotel after 10pm. Even though we sent a message to say we'll arrive late at night days before...So we had to pay a taxi... When there is a free shuttle to drive us to the airport, it's only 1 every hour (compared to others 1 every 20 min). Salted breakfast can be developped (we had only eggs) The floor of our room was not clean. The sink was obturated... Too noisy early in the morning (not from other guests, but from room cleaners). Disappointed Debbie That the air conditioner in the room only provided slightly cool air. The bathtub was stained, and the side of the tub was cracked. The refrigerator did not cool properly. The air in the room was damp and musty. The furniture was very outdated and you had to plug your phone chargers into an extension cord. The loud talking in the hall was an ongoing problem, and the people above must have children because there was constant running and stumping during the night night, which also disrupted our rest.
