great location I was followed to my room by two dogs not sure of what there intentions were and had me a little nervous.It was a pitbull and another dog. Guest needs to be more responsible. clean
Exceptional How the front desk ladies don't smile and their faces always make like the visitors do them something they need to fix that. The lhotel location is easy access to mall and bus transportation.

Value is here, and staff is incredible. Honestly, for the value I have very few complaints. We had an issue with our toilet at check in, but the staff was incredibly quick to respond, and we did jot stay long enough for this to be an issue. There may be an issue either with third party booking or through this hotels application because the hotel was overbooked by at least one room when we arrived and key cards were not availble immediatley as the staff was not expecting the immense volume of guests.
