Exceptional Staff was super friendly and overall stay was great!!
Perfect place for a short stay! There was nothing that was bad. Clean rooms, good laundry machines if you need them, and a nice breakfast. Nice lobby and again, the staff was just great! Check in was quick and easy after a 20 hour exhausting trip from overseas. The staff was supper friendly and they even provided a little cup of laundry detergent as they were sold out of the packages. This was likely as a result of the overflow of guests from Ian's destruction. REALLY friendly staff at 10 pm, and also at 9 am.
Comfortable stay I liked that it is near most of the places I enjoy to go shopping. The staff was very friendly and for the price the stay is comfortable enough.
Family visit Elevator inspection 2 months out of date! Room not serviced no soap. dish— coffer setup but No plug in that area . Room was comfortable.convenient location
Wonderful
great location I was followed to my room by two dogs not sure of what there intentions were and had me a little nervous.It was a pitbull and another dog. Guest needs to be more responsible. clean
Exceptional How the front desk ladies don't smile and their faces always make like the visitors do them something they need to fix that. The lhotel location is easy access to mall and bus transportation.
