I will always think of staying here first because of the location and the fact that the property is clean, rooms are ok, everything was ok the location, that’s it located near the shopping center

Generally I was satisfied and didn't feel the need to make any complaints during my stay. The tap on the face basin to room 107 needs repair as it does not release water easily unless the lever in the basin itself is physically held up. I would recommend that your housekeeping staff be required to complete a report of what duties were performed in the room and whether repairs are needed to any of fixtures and whether the lighting is working.
