Exceptional
Exceptional That I didn't get to stay longer. I am a gay male and there are a lot of places I don't feel comfortable but I felt very comfortable there.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very pleased to hear that you felt comfortable at our hotel. Our team strives to make our guests feel welcomed. We look forward to welcoming you back and hope that you are able to stay longer!
Good The current construction situation. Close to the facility we went to daily
Business response:
Thank you for leaving us a review. We thank you for entrusting us with your lodging needs. We do understand how frustrating the construction can be. Unfortunately, it will be going on until estimated mid 2027. We look forward to welcoming you back to our hotel.
Good value, good location Paper thin walls, could hear people walking and talking in hallways and other rooms Newer facilities, maybe just painted and renovated
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We fully renovated 11 years ago. repainted about 4 years ago and are constantly doing little renovations like replacing bulbs to LED. Replacing our bathroom mirrors with LEDs and etc. As for the walls we will look into this to see what changes we can do to provide a better experience. We thank you again for choosing to stay at our hotel and hope to see you soon.
Amazing Not applicable The fact that it had a Jacuzzi in the room and that they let me decorate the room for my significant other
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a response. Our jacuzzi rooms are really popular especially on the weekends. We thank you for entrusting us with your lodging needs and we hope to see you again soon!
