A good value The street garbage pickup near my windows was loud and woke me up twice. I would ask for a different room next time. Breakfast was very good with many options. The room was cleaned well daily.

Would probably consider staying again if opportunity arises. Although the bathroom was clean enough it definitely could use updating. Bathtub had enamel completely worn away. Location was great. Front desk were very friendly. Liked that they offered transportation to and from Airport and to cruise ships
Pleasant The first person staff was so bad, he didnt provide water to us when we got there with a baby after long walk at noon. He keep saying go get it from machines, the machine didnt work. Later we found out there was water on Gym area and he could at least tell us to get it from there. He was totally off and mean. Location was nice and suite room was big enough. It was clean and nice breakfast. They provide shower robe towel which wa snice.
Enjoyable one night stay at this central hotel, prior to taking an Alaska cruise N/A Professional and polite staff. Large clean room. Hotel close to most major attractions.
Happy with the van to the port, it saved us money. No block out curtains. Breakfast area closed earlier than posted closing . Breakfast was OK. Rooms were very nice except no curtains to block the light.
Good place to stay in the city. Breakfast needs to include more fresh food though. Breakfast could be improved by having more fresh food. Even the eggs and sausages had to microwaved. Comfortable and good location
