Great location and value in downtown Seattle. I enjoyed the room, location & cleanliness of this property. Great price. The guest service agent Alex was amazing. He was charming, friendly, informative, helpful and a great example of hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was very nice but Alex was the star.
Met our needs. The property is a little tired. Needs a face lift. Water pressure in the sink was terrible. Shower needs hand rails.

Very nice There are no safes in the rooms and no space in the safe at the main desk. Breakfast was good plenty of choices. We were within walking distance to the attractions we went to see.

Would stay there again for another Seattle event I would just bring my own breakfast The breakfast was horrible expected hot homemade breakfast like other hotels but coffee was great Our stay was very comfortable nice and clean

Pleasant Allowing the option to pay for indoor parking at the end of my stay and check in and unload my luggage. instead of paying upfront on arrival where couldn’t because of payment availability was not present and I had already paid for the room prior to my arrival. So very inconvenient and difficult so if it was necessary it must be written ahead of time.
