Very Good Breakfast could have offered more options. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was awesome.

The stay was fine. The hotel was older than I thought it would be. We left the cruise ship early in the morning and had to wait to check in until 4pm. The breakfast was very nice. The location was okay.

Good There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The business next to our window was banging dump truck type activities very early in the morning (3-5 AM). Location to easy transportation options and grocery store. Free breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was great.

Clean room, nice shower. Good but not great. The couches in the rooms (we booked 2) are visibly old worn and the rollaway beds inside them are thin, worn out and uncomfortable. The mini fridge did not have a freezer inside which might be an issue for others traveling with stored breastmilk like us and needing to refreeze freezer packs while traveling. Excelente localização. Localização sem moradores de rua nas proximidades, proximidade do Wholle Foods que possui um buffet de alimentação muito variado e locker da Amazon.

Mediocre We were not allowed to get the room early, as requested in the reservation. The person in the front desk told us that it “was not ready”, in spite the check out hour is 11 am. The tv remote control doesn’t work. The bathroom smells like roach. The air conditioner is so noisy that we had to turn it off so we can sleep. The location.
