Good Parking was very limited. They had no glassware - it's a minor thing, but when you wanna share some wine in the room, glasses are nice. They have a full breakfast service in the morning, but won't give glasses to guests in the evening when requested. We ended up with flimsy plastic cups. Decent hotel in a good, central location. Slightly dated, but clean and comfortable. It was fine - not great, but no major complaints.
Exceptional Not much or hardly anything, I mean there was a loose drawer door but that didn't matter too much to me, it kinda sucked being so close to tall buildings but it's Seattle so, not much to care about that The bed was really comfy, I loved keeping the room cold and it felt amazing, the coffee inside was pretty good too, all around was very comfortable and would come again

Alex at the front desk was a lifesaver and wonderful at his job! Nothing, it was ideal for a grandma taking granddaughters for a spring break trip Great location to walk or use public transportation to see all the attractions

Great stay, lovely spacious room. The king bed in our suite was old enough that we sunk/rolled to the middle of the bed. It’s time to replace the mattress. Good location, room was great and staff was responsive and super helpful!
