Great place to stay while visiting Seattle. Can't think of anything. Everything at the hotel was more than we expected, from checking in to checking out. We will definitely stay there again. It's in a great location. Would recommend this hotel.
Wonderful It seemed that Noone really was monitoring the breakfast. We had to ask for napkins, waffle batter, fruit etc.. The staff were hit and miss in their attitudes. Some were very pleasant and helpful, others were not. The website said no parking provided on site, but then a staff person told us there was parking available for $23 a day. But we had already found street parking by then. There was also a lot on 6th and Denny way that was really cheap for weekends $5 a day. Great location within walking distance to Space N... read more

Good Only one elevator worked out of 2. When I arrived the gave me the wrong room but was quickly fixed. Great location and close to everything. Quickly fixed issues with room. Got a cheap ride down to the cruise port through them.
Excellent staff, clean room, would stay here again. Due to the sheer number of guests the breakfast area was very chaotic. I guess that is to be expected when folks are all rushing around in order to get down to the pier and board their cruise ship. Shuttle service from hotel to pier. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Front desk personnel were excellent.
