Overall it was ok. I didn’t like that they don’t bring you any extra towels when you are staying multiple days and if you ask for more, they have an attitude. There isn’t enough towels in the room for multiple guests staying multiple nights. It was clean and the pool was available.
Great staff and fair priced for the 6 night stay. It was not their fault but the elevator was not working due to bad storms passing through. All the staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean and breakfast was hot !!

Customer Service Was Bad, Great Location Though The rep (Shana?) who checked me in did not greet me, did not stand up, was eating nuts, and talking to me with food in her mouth. The elevator was out. The housekeeper doing breakfast duty did not wash hands, did not wear gloves, and never refilled anything on the line. Dear guest, We do regret that you feel that the service was bad. Our night staff member has very bad knees and has a doctors note stating she cant stand for periods of time. Our staff are not allow to eat at the front desk . We will look at the video. Our breakfast area does not have a sink that is visible to the guest.
