This is a reliable property to stay when visiting Waxahachie. It’s affordable for us. The property feels older and run-down in some aspects. It doesn’t necessarily feel dirty, but the floors (for example) don’t always feel completely clean. It’s affordable and allows pets, which is great when visiting family for a few days.

Wonderful If the beds didn’t have crumbs on top of blankets and under them Lobby was clean but humid. Beds were so comfortable but sheets and blankets had crumbs.

Good Location is convenient but the hotel was difficult to find. It’s not lit up and we had to drive around trying to find the entrance. Staff was helpful. We had a slight issue with the tv and the remote and staff we spoke to did her best attempting to help.
