Good ! have been coming to this hotel for the TX2K event for the past two years, and I’ve had a similar experience both times. I would like to kindly suggest improving the housekeeping service, as the room was not cleaned during my stay, and items like towels and toilet paper were not automatically replenished. I had to go to the front desk to request them. I believe enhancing this aspect would greatly improve the overall guest experience, especially for longer stays like mine (4 nights). This is a reliable property to stay when visiting Waxahachie. It’s affordable for us. The property feels older and run-down in some aspects. It doesn’t necessarily feel dirty, but the floors (for example) don’t always feel completely clean. It’s affordable and allows pets, which is great when visiting family for a few days.
