What a great evening! We were celebrating a birthday so they put us in the private dining room. The atmosphere was perfect for enjoying a family birthday dinner for 8. Our server (whose name I can’t remember, shame on me) was fantastic and went above and beyond; so was everyone else who took care of our table. We’ve been to La Strada a number of times but never with 8 people. It was a memorable dinner in great atmosphere. Thank you to everyone!

What more can I say about La Strada? Out of a 4 night stay at Silver Legacy, we ate at this amazing Italian restaurant 2 times. And let it be known, we know delicious Italian food since we are from New Haven, CT. We have NEVER had a disappointing meal. This night I had Spaghetti Carbonara while my husband had the Veal Piccata The veal was so tender my husband cut it with a fork! My Carbonara wasn’t at all “cloying” as some carbonara’s could be. As usual, the food was spectacular! We had the veal saltimbocca and the pasta bolognese. The portions are generous and we easily split each entree in order to taste both dishes. All I can say is YUM. We also had a delightful server-Jesse. This young man was attentive however not overpowering in his service. He is extremely knowledgable in how each dish is prepared and even offered suggestions as to which wine would pair perfectly with each dish. I originally picked La Strada due to the reasonable pricing for the fine dining experience. The menu also had a variety of options that I was looking for. The actual experience blew away any expectations we had going in. The service was wonderful and the food was outstanding! We were celebrating a birthday and were treated to a serenade of Happy Birthday in Italian and a birthday dessert! We highly recommend La Strada for celebration dinners or just a night of fine dining.
