Dr. Mike Rocks! As always Dr. Mike and Amber are a wonderful! My daughter Melanie feels safe and secure and always strives to make sure she takes care of teeth. They are watching her grow up and are always interested in her activities! I love how they make you feel like family!
So awesome! Rhett had a teeth cleaning today. Amy was awesome with him, explaining to him each step and letting him explore the tools. It lessened his anxiety and we had a great visit!
Highly Recommended Dr. Mike and his staff were very comforting, friendly, helpful, informative and welcoming for my daughters very first fillings. The staff helped assure me consistently that my daughter was doing well, and even pulled up a comfy chair for me to watch my daughter through a glass door as she was being treated. Exceptional Service
Absolutely AMAZING!!! Our first pediatric dentistry experience and it was amazing. Amy and Emma were great with my two boys even though it was my 9 year old's appointment my 15 month old kept the nurses on their toes! Encouraging him to play, while I was trying to keep him out of the way, hahaha There were other nurses to assist with keeping my little one occupied, but I can't remember the names, and I apologize ladies! This office went above and beyond. Fantastic We recently moved to the Greensboro area. Our experience was fantastic. Everyone in the office was friendly and explained all the procedures in detail. My son needed an oral surgeon and Jacklyn coordinated everything right down to the appointment. I left feeling relieved. VERY professional and SUPER friendly !! Dr. Mike and ALL his staff are always a Ray of Sunshine !! They always make Adam and/or Austin feel at ease... Todays visit was very pleasant for Adam considering he was having several things done that was new to him. The staff made him feel comfortable and explained EVERY little thing to him...and praised him for doing such a good job.... NEVER will I go to another Denistry...
Patient and understanding staff Today was my 3.5 year olds first visit. She has a pretty severe oral aversion (hates textures and flavors). The entire staff made sure she felt comfortable. Ms. Naomi spent a very long time with her making sure my daughter felt comfortable (showing her all the tools, counting how long they would be cleaning, allowing for breaks). I was very pleased and would now recommend them to anyone!
