I feel very special at each visit. I am always greeted by name from the front desk to the technicians who make the adjustments without first giving my name first. I always feel like they care about me and the services being provided. My appointment today was a normal 3-week adjustment. My waiting room wait was very short--less than 10 minutes. Kid-oriented experience All of the professional in the building are friendly, kind, and professional. They make going to the dentist and positive experience for kids.
Great appointment as always! A bad experience with sealants is what prompted us to leave our last dentist. This was SO MUCH BETTER! Today, my son could barely believe that the sealant procedure took place despite the fact that he was told about every step before it occurred. The appointment was a quick one, but was not rushed in any way. Thank you for being sensitive to the individual needs of each patient and tailoring their care to those needs!
Dr. Andrews and all of the staff are amazing with kids! Very patient with an anxious parent like me and very good at explaining all the details of the services they will be providing and why. So grateful for the care they have provided my kids.😊
high quality service Dr Mike is so respectful and so are the staff. My kids and I always feel at home anytime we visit. Procedures are explained in details and they also file insurance on your behalf. I love the good tone and demeanor of the staff and how pleasant and restful they are. I will recommend anyone to visit as it is a family orientated place.
Wonderful experience My daughter is a very smart and strong-willed girl, consequently, twice a day teeth cleanings can be a trying part of our day. So I was feeling some serious anxiety leading up to her first dentist visit, but Ms. Naomi and Dr. Mike set our two year old daughter at such ease immediately with their soft voices, thorough explanations and perfect kid environment! I am so grateful to have found this practice!!
friendly staff My daughter, Erika, was nervous and Holly was extremely sweet and very creative helping her to relax. She got two princess dolls to clean their teeth and even let Erika help. Didn't take long before Erika was in the chair! Dr Andrews was sweet as always and the lady who scheduled our next appointment was also friendly and easy to talk with. 4yr old dental cleaning The hygienist was great! She did a supurb job with my little one! My daughter really enjoyed her visit!!
They are so patient with my 3 year old son. They take their time and work with him on his fear of the unknown. It is great to have a dental office that knows how important that a young child is not afraid of the dentist. They really care about the child. Great job and I would recommend to anyone.
