Fantastic experience for the kids AND parents! My kids were thrilled with Dr. Mike, Naomi and Holly. This was my youngest child's first experience and, at less than 2 years old, she was even made to feel at ease. My only criticism is that we were there for about an hour and a half which is somewhat stressful for one parent and three young children. Best dental experience we could hope for Our 2 1/2 year old had a great experience today at her first check up. The staff was so friendly, patient, and relaxed. They knew just what to do to prepare her for her exam. She had her own room and they gave her time to explore and get comfortable for her cleaning. Even when she got a little upset toward the end, Dr. Mike smiled and stayed calm. I'm so happy!
Relaxing, fun first visit Enjoyed our first visit for my 3 year old son. He walked into the building and had a big smile on his face after seeing the train tracks and building blocks in the waiting room. Holly was our dental hygenist and we saw Dr. Mike. Both were very fun and energetic. Great at explaining things to both me and to my son. He loved getting a reward and having his teeth tickled by the brush. The selection of toys to keep him entertained was nice as well. We will be back!
We tried another Dentist and quickly decided to come back! We love it here and glad to be back! Everyone is so friendly, from the office staff to the hygienist to the wonderful dentists! My son loves going to the dentist! When we left today, he said "Those ladies are really nice!" He's looking forward to his next trip!
Very professional, very friendly to parent and child, Great experience, the Dr. explains what and why he wants to doing something. Takes time to explain to the child as well as the parent. All staff members very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful place to come to! Every time I take my daughter to lake Jeanette, she immediately gets call back (never have to wait) everyone there is so friendly & my daughter always looks forward to going to the dentist! Couldn't of chose a better place to come to!
Melanie Rodgers Dr. Andrews and Naomi explained everything about my daughter's teeth in detail and gave me great recommendations on how to brush and floss her teeth better. Naomi made Lily giggle a few times and it lightened things up for Lily. She was not one bit scared and she actually asked me last night if she needed to brush after dinner! We didn't due to fluoride but her asking me let me know she was also listening to Naomi and Dr. Andrews. The care there is very family centered and I appreciate that!
Excellent service! My daughter really enjoyed her visit and stated that she wanted to come to the dentist every day as we were leaving. I loved the fact that she had no opportunity to get bored, the tablets in the waiting area grabbed her attention immediately and I didn't have to worry about keeping her occupied while I took care of the boring grown up stuff. The staff was very attentive, welcoming and professional.
