Hands down the BEST There is nowhere else I would take my boys! I recommend Dr. Mike to everyone who asks me for a dentist for their kiddos. And Dr. Andrews did a fabulous job this morning, hands down the BEST!
Friendly and Efficient They were very informative and caring. They obviously care about customer satisfaction. I don't feel like they pushed unnecessary procedures, which I've experienced at another pediatric dentist's office. They know what they are doing from a clinical perspective. I would definitely recommend them.
We love Lake Jeanette! We love Lake Jeanette, all the staff is so welcoming and super friendly. Dr. Andrews is great with my little one and makes me feel comfortable too. The hygenist, Holly, and dental assistant, Laura, were great with my little guy. I know they take great care of my son's dental health. Making or changing appointments are easy and they send email and text reminders before an appointment, something I definitely appreciate with our busy lives. Wouldn't take my little guy anywhere else!
we love, Love, LOVE Lake Jeanette Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry Spectacular folks providing superb services. My kids have always had a great experience during their visits. Dr. Mike is just wonderful and we recently had our first visit with Dr. Andrews who I found to be equally as nice and thorough. My kids really liked her as well. I can't gush enough about how great this practice is!
How do they do It? Like so many teary moments for my child of NOT wanting to do something uncomfortable, the people at Lake Jeanette take my little girl back for her appointment and she comes back 15 minutes later, smiling and explaining she only got a little upset. :> While they also always "report" the visit, the new Dr, came out and greeted me personally and in a professional way, explaining in detail how they not only did what the appointment was for, but a little extra as it was warranted.
