I have a special needs child. Naomi was excellent with her!!!!! Dr. Mike was great also!! They both took their time and explained everything to us. The staff is very nice also!!! So happy we found this place!!!!
Relaxing for mom My son's second visit (6-month check up) was even better than his first. The staff and dentist know how to work with toddlers who would rather be climbing on furniture, which allowed me to relax. Because I felt comfortable with the helper and dentist I remained in the waiting room while my husband stayed with our son. Upon the completion of my son's visit the dentist came out to speak with me, providing a full report on the health of my son's mouth.
A great experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and Naomi took the time to make my child feel safe and confident about the visit. My son has some anxiety issues, yet Dr. Mike and his staff maintained a calm atmosphere and explained everything to him in an age-appropriate way. I feel like my son is back on track to enjoy visits to the dentist rather than fear them! Thank you!
Professional & Friendly Lake Jeanette Orthodonics & Pediatric Dentistry is awesome....from the front office staff to the dental hygienist/assistants and dentists. All my girls are very comfortable with the staff with xrays, dental cleanings, and sealants and/or fluoride treatments. They are professional to me and like family to my girls.
The lady Dentist is absolutely amazing. My kids love her. She is a perfect addition to the office. Dr Mike is also second to none. My kids has been so relaxed and confident in the care they are given. The staff is well trained and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. This is by far the best pediatric dentist in the triad!
