Will no longer take my pets here. Had 2 dogs and one cat. Paid for Paw plans on all 3. My one dog Jaxx had accounting error done on him at end of his Paw plan. We were billed again. Ok we wanted to get his rabies and distemperment. Told we had plan until end of April so make an appt to have these done before it expired. I come in on 4/26th at 15 until 1pm and wait 25 mins then bought in and asked simple questions about Jaxx. Then I asked to make Paw plan covered everything he begins to tell me it expired last month. A great place great doctors and staff my dog feels right at home there and that's important to me.
PLEASE If you have a cat with a urinary problem DO NOT BRING YOUR KITTY HERE....my cat was put thru hell by these Drs x2/ 2 hospitalizations within 30 days and was still sick and said the only cure was a sex change!!! The problem was a urinary tract infection that never was completely cleared up by them. All my kitty needed was extended antibiotics to COMPLETELY clear up infection. I'm sure this will get deleted but I would never recommend this place. I loved Lisa the groomer and the doctors but the office staff lacks professionalism. My personal information was shared and I have been waiting for a call back from the office manager Vicki for 3 weeks now. 4 messages later and still nothing. Very disappointing. I cannot trust that other information of mine will not be shared and wouldn't recommend this place at all.
