Never had an issue with them and they’re always up front. They offer you the plans but if you refuse, they’re polite and understanding. No worries. I have two french bulldogs, both the same age from different places. Brought them both for one’s appt and asked a question about the other.. she was very thorough and didn’t even charge me for an exam. They’re also extremely gentle and love their patients. Absolutely love Lake Street Animal Hospital! Dr. Homann treated my Teddy for 6 years! She is amazing and always goes the extra mile to make sure she does everything possible to give the best care and advice. I am forever grateful to her and the staff that looked after my baby and although my Teddy is gone I continue to drive an hour to have them care for my current dogs and cat.
