RecommendedThis place is the best! You (and your pet) are always greeted by name. I have an animal hospital closer to home that I used to take my animals to until I had to go to Lake Street for follow up from the rescue we adopted one dog from. I had originally planned on moving him to the closer hospital after the follow up but once I walked inside Lake Street, there was never another thought of moving. When we adopted another dog, there was no thought of where his care would be from!

RecommendedI switched vets and only go here now. The staff is THE BEST. They are all so caring and genuine, from the front desk to the techs and doctors. We love Lake Street Animal Hospital!
By far one of the best animal hospital/vets I have ever gone too! From the care for the animals to the customer service I can not say enough about this place! I recommend them to everyone!

I want to thank the staff that worked with me and my very big, very old dog, Tucker, the other day. They were patient and kind and helpful getting him into the room, as his mobility is limited. Both the doctor and tech were caring and compassionate, but honest with me about my situation. The doctor gave me the peace of mind that whatever I decide going forward would be the right decision. Never had an issue with them and they’re always up front. They offer you the plans but if you refuse, they’re polite and understanding. No worries. I have two french bulldogs, both the same age from different places. Brought them both for one’s appt and asked a question about the other.. she was very thorough and didn’t even charge me for an exam. They’re also extremely gentle and love their patients.
