RecommendedMy dog and I were long time patient/client of Lake Street. It was very unfortunate we left because of a extremely negative experience with one of the vets. In the meantime my dogs health has declined and was in need of a good nail trim. They seem to be the only ones who can do this so we’ll, very pleased with yesterday’s experience. Also learned the person who we had a problem with is no longer there. We will at the least be returning for nail trims. He’s currently under the care of an Internist and company. RecommendedI am so pleased with the experiences I have had at this vet. They have time and time again exceeded my expectations on the type of care that I want for my dog. They have fit me in twice now for emergencies and their follow up and communication has been fantastic. Even though they're busy and covid puts a weird restriction on things, their vets and staff have been very helpful and answer any questions that come up. RecommendedEdit: This is by far the best vet clinic I have ever been do. With two elderly dogs, the compassion and care we received was above and beyond expectations. Dr. Riesterer especially is amazing. Thank you for everything you did to help care for our babies. ❤ Very pleased with my experience.
