RecommendedMarco Polo and I went to see Dr. Poetzel yesterday for his check-up. While it is great they have many vets, my preference is Dr. Poetzel as he knows my dog. He talks to me and understands both me and my pet. He has taken care of Marco for a very long time - his whole 12 years. I have been going to Lakeside for 58 years since a small child with my parents and there is no where else to go. They are compassionate and if my dog is not well I would go to any vet as they have emergency appts.
RecommendedVery empathetic & responsive to our needs. We got in quickly as our kitty was very sick. Helped guide us as we made the decision to put our kitty down, cremation choices, and gave us the time we needed throughout the process.
