Absolutely love all the staff here. From the moment you walk in, your loved one is treated as special. Very gentle and kind. And you know us cat/dog/bird/etc mammas/daddies, each of our stories are more sweet, special, interesting than the next (in our minds). I highly recommend Dr. Kowitz at Lakeside Animal Hospital. He is very caring and always has the best interest in your animal. He answers all your questions and concerns without rushing out of the room. His caring demeanor puts our Zoey and us at ease.

I have taken my beloved guinea pig Lou to see Dr. Kowitz twice now. The women at the front desk are an absolute pleasure-so sweet and helpful! The first time, I was a nervous wreck! He was so good about explaining things in a way a layman like me could understand, and fixed her up like the professional he is. I have had Lou for 5 years and had never taken her to the vet.
